I struggle with this myself—sometimes there’s so much advice on a topic that I don’t even know where to start, and I end up doing nothing at all.
That’s why I’m planning a series of bite-sized mini courses—each focused on a specific issue, like building hand strength, improving balance, or reducing stress. No fluff, no jargon. Just practical steps you can follow at home, designed for seniors, with your safety and independence in mind.
