I love the idea of bite size pieces. I’m going to drink more water which helps flush toxins . As I have fibromyalgia that should help . I discovered I don’t like cold water in winter so I heat it up a bit and put a dash of gorgeous elderflower cordial in . I will bring a water bottle of warm water to drink night or morning .

Thanks for sharing, Siobhan! What works for me is brewing a big pot of tea each morning and keeping it right next to me. If it's there, I'll definitely drink it!

The one thing I started doing in January is actually buying a small to medium size veggie tray at the the grocery store. I also bought a container of hummus, so as a snack day or night I try to eat a handful of raw veggies with hummus. I'm a single empty nester so I don't have large meals on average but it helps me feel better anyway!

That's a great tip, Kris! How did this work for you in January? Is there anything you'd change or adjust going into February?
